I had a wonderful time at the Family Reunion ‘08. It’s such a blessing to take a couple of days away from this wicked, difficult system of things, to relax and enjoy family and friends. My tan is perfect, the food was great, the music was awesome, and the good times were endless. Thanks again to April and Mary and their families f or all their hard work. I can’t wait till next year. See ya soon!! Andrea Ausby
Every year I say that was the best reunion ever, but it really was. Because I tried to suck every piece of fun I could get out of the reunion. My voice still hasn't come back. I'm really proud of my family and we had a great time!!!!! Terah Horton

The kids cried when we got on the train and when we got to NC Jarrod asked, “Are we still in FL?” I sadly said “no” and then he cried again! jewel
Jewel, I know what you mean... Karen, Kyra, and myself had a wonderful time. [When we told Kyra we were leaving to go home, she said I don't want to go to Waginia (Virginia)!!! I want to stay here!] We can't stop talking about it. We really didn't want to leave FL either, that's probably why we left 5 hrs later than we'd planned. Thanks April & Mary and family for all your hard work and planning. The weather was great for the outdoor activities (no rain), and I just loved being with my family. Till next time love, peace, & a bottle of hair grease... Love ya,. Kenneil Ausby
We had a wonderful time. It went by too too fast! Enjoyed watching Coleman and Avery do the limbo!!! Coleman, especially, was working his self up to get under that limbo stick and it was so funny to see him do that. How great it was to see everyone again and to see how happy they were! We are so ready for VA Beach and hope more will join us in all the family fun. Aunt Elslura and Sammy =0 A
As usual, we had a great time at the Family Reunion 2008. It’s a blessing to have a family who can play together as well as worship the Only True God together. The fellowship was up building and just what we needed to continue to serve Jehovah in this time of the end. Can’t wait to see you guys next year. . . Jay, Tiffany and Jay-Jay Ausby

The Cheeks family supports the reunions every year! Thank you Cheeks family! Julian Ausby Sr.
This family
reunion wills always be memorable. We all got the opportunity to meet and
reunite with family we have not seen for 10, 20, 30, 40 years....tears,
hugs, and kisses were exchanged. Entertainment association, food, and
environment were enjoyable everyday.
Dear Jewel and family:
It was so exciting to see you, your husband, your beautiful children's, parents, sister, aunties, her daughter and husband with their cute little son. Truly a lot of much needed love was flowing. just think of all the generations and I'm sure you captured all of it. Please let us know if you have videos of the past, the photo albums or the new one you are currently making. I would love to get them.
Much love,
Gwen, Bridget, Tangi, and Vernon Ausby
Can you send pictures from the reunion to us thru email. I really enjoyed myself with you all as well. As always I really and truly admire how your family's team work. You were able to come to the reunion and enjoy yourself with 3 children while recovering. I've always admired that about your family. I look forward to seeing you all in August. This weekend is our district convention. Can't wait!! Bye for now. Love you all!

Let me just say this was the "BEST REUNION EVER!" I had such an excellent time! To hang out with family is good but to hang out with Jehovah's people who are also family is exceptionally special. From day one to the end, I was completely happy. Seeing Julia and family was my surprising treat. She and Anthony have beautiful children and I'm so happy to know them. I'm most pleased with the fact that we did so many things together as a family - that's what I pay my money for. All the activities were fun and entertaining - The Barrons say Thanks so much for a great time!
April
Jewel!!!!! I just found the website, sort of randomly, when doing a goggle search. HOW AWESOME!!!!!!
Here are some pics I recently scanned. I've just gotten around to scanning lots of pics, I have more if you want them. I hope you're feeling better. Jackie (Eva) told me she saw you at the reunion, is that correct? One of these days I'll make it, I can't wait. Seeing those pics in the Celebrating book really whet my appetite to see everyone again. Take care Jewel. And thanks for all your hard work! –

Had a great time. Was good to see those that I have not seen in a long, long time. The only thing is that the time flew by way toooo fast! This was Randy’s first trip to NY and so he’s ready to go back and see more of the city!

Hi Cuz,
My wife, friends and I had an awesome time. It was an emotional experience seeing everyone and I have a lot of pictures to sort through which I will proudly show to my congregation. It was nice to reconnect with everyone. I look forward to the next one in sunny St. Pete........ah yeah.
Uncle Ira was right about the impact Columbus had in Florida. He affected a lot of people and moved many to come into the truth. I gave a talk at congregation in Cocoa Florida and several Elderly friends approached me and asked if I was related to Columbus. They invited my wife and I over a week later and related experiences about the good old days. Even in my congregation (East Oviedo) there are several brothers and sisters who regularly worked in service with Columbus Ausby and I enjoy hearing their stories. It's nice to represent the Ausby's in a good way. I will send some pictures soon.

Ephesians 3: 14 - 19 14 On account of this I bend my knees to the Father, 15 to whom every family in heaven and on earth owes its name, 16 to the end that he may grant YOU according to the riches of his glory to be made mighty in the man YOU are inside with power through his spirit, 17 to have the Christ dwell through [YOUR] faith in YOUR hearts with love; that YOU may be rooted and established on the foundation, 18 in order that YOU may be thoroughly able to grasp mentally with all the holy ones what is the breadth and length and height and depth, 19 and to know the love of the Christ which surpasses knowledge, that YOU may be filled with all the fullness that God gives. |
